This paper reminds me of a newspaper. The two colomns per page and the large bold title with the pictures definately make it easier to read and it looks more professional as well. Personally, I would think that this would be more readily accepted as a soucre of information since we are so accustomed to reading newspapers and such. If we took away the pictures and made it look more like a report, then many people would instantly lose their interest in the topic and not care about what it says simply because of the unpleasing format.
